EBAT Players Meet British Tennis Coach Nigel Sears

In October EBAT Academy Director, Nino Severino, organised a fantastic day of coaching at the Virgin Active Health & Racquets Club in Brighton. Three of the academy's players travelled down to Brighton for the sessions and were treated to some top level tennis coaching by Nigel Sears. Nigel is one of Britain's top tennis coaches and has worked with former top five players Amanda Coetzer, Daniela Hantuchová and, more recently, Ana Ivanovic.

EBAT coach Josh Tree and Sports Scientist Lindsay Carradice also made the journey to Brighton and helped deliver two high intensity training sessions alongside Nigel. The sessions gave the EBAT players an insight into what it takes to perform at the highest level and they all finished the day on a high, feeling motivated and eager to put into practise what they had learned.
